Microtronix is compliant to ISO 9001:2000 this ensures our quality management systems are of the best standard.
We are independently audited tri-annually (every 3 years) and have surveillance audits by Beareau Veritas (formally BVQi) every six months; we also have regular 3rd party inspections by our customers if required.

Microtronix is a Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B.B.B.E.E) compliant company and has a 60% BEE recognition level thus making us a BB/ Level 6 Contributor (as of 2007 scores).

Our BBBEE initiatives include:
• Preferential procurement from B.E.E compliant companies wherever possible, our main supplier Arrow Altech Distributors, as of October 2008, has achieved a BB/ Level 6 Contributor rating increasing our own BEE recognition further.
• Skills Development of our staff; we provide our staff with institutional education (colleges, schools est.), training workshops and academies as well as providing regular inbound informal staff training.
• Enterprise Development by supporting black businesses within the electronic and supporting industries, and;
• Employment Equity
